My employer had invented a time machine. They wanted me to help with a test. I was to go back in time just two days to retrieve an object that I was to bribg back with me. I plotted to turn this to my advantage. So, I got a list of winning lottery numbers. When in the past, I secretly bought a ticket with the winning lotto number. Upon my return to the present, I found that the number drawn was different this time. Apparently random events could turn out differently each time you went back and returned. Only outcomes with strong causation could be duplicated.
